Shipping Policy
Please inspect your packages upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the delivery driver. Also contact us by phone or email. The carrier delivering your packages is responsible for handling any damage claims.
FREE Shipping applies to "standard ground" delivery within the lower 48 states, for order totals of $99 or more. Order totals are based on product prices only and do not include any special shipping or handling costs.
Shipping locations in Alaska or Hawaii will incur actual shipping charges based on weight and location. Due to weight and or size some items are not eligible for shipping outside the lower 48 states. We will notify you by email if an item you ordered cannot be shipped to your location.
We do not offer any international shipping.
Orders that ship by truck freight, or expedited methods such as, but not limited to, UPS Next Day Air, do not qualify for Free Shipping. Some items require special handling and will not qualify for free shipping. These items will have a footnote in the item description.
We may, at our discretion, ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Please be sure you are able to receive packages by any of these carriers at the delivery address you have supplied.
Free Shipping will apply only to normally stocked items. Any item that needs to be Special Ordered by us from a distributor or the factory will not qualify for Free Shipping.
We reserve the right to ship orders to the credit card "Billing Address" only. Any shipping address other than the credit card billing address must be verifiable by us. We may ask you to supply a landline phone number, listed with directory assistance in the credit card holder's name, to help verify non billing address delivery locations. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
We make every effort to ship orders within 1-2 business days and provide the quickest possible delivery service. However, circumstances can arise that delay shipping or delivery. If you require delivery on or before a certain date please contact us by phone or email before ordering to make arrangements for expedited shipping. This service will normally require additional charges to apply.
Orders "Refused" due to late delivery, unless expedited shipping has been arranged and paid for, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to change our "Terms & Policies" at any time without notice.
Shipping Errors
Please inspect your packages upon arrival. Errors with shipments will be handled promptly. Towshop will replace incorrectly shipped products or refund the purchase price of the product as appropriate.
Towshop will not be responsible or liable for labor or incidental costs of any kind. In no event shall Towshop's liability exceed the cost of the goods.
Warranty Claims
All products in our catalogs and on our website carry the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship, unless stated otherwise in product descriptions. Warranty issues will be handled by the product manufacturer, not Towshop. The warranty period begins at the date of purchase, not the date of installation. Should a problem occur within the manufacturer's warranty period please contact the manufacturer immediately.
Returns Policy
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damage, missing or incorrect parts must be reported to Towshop within 31 business days of delivery.
If merchandise was used, installed or damaged in any way, no refund will be given.
Please be certain any item you are returning was purchased from Towshop. We do not accept items purchased elsewhere.
Before returning any purchase please contact us at Customer Service for return authorization. Include any order and/or invoice number and date of purchase in your email. We will contact you by email with a return authorization number, shipping details and return address.
Any order returned as "Refused Delivery" will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus actual outbound and return freight costs, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any order returned without RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus actual outbound freight costs, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Requests for returns more than 31 days after receiving your order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus and any all shipping charges.
Requests for returns more than 60 days after receiving your order will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee plus any and all shipping charges.
All returns to Towshop shipped more than 10 days after approval date will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.
Returns must be in new, undamaged, not installed condition and must include all accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation and registration that may have been shipped with the product and must be packaged in the original undamaged, unmarked retail packaging.
Merchandise returned with damaged or missing items may be returned to customer as "unacceptable return". If accepted for return, all costs for repair or replacement items will be deducted from any refund.
Merchandise returned with damaged retail packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Freight must be prepaid by customer on all returns.
Towshop is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. Please be sure to arrange for appropriate insurance and electronic confirmation of delivery when possible and appropriate.
The actual outbound shipping charges we incurred in getting the product to you will be deducted from refund totals for any item that included Free Shipping.
Refunds will be given for product only, not for labor and/or installation charges, shipping or any other charges.
All special order items are NON RETURNABLE.
