Shipping Policy
Please note that our shopping cart combines shipping on most items. That means
you save (substantially) on freight costs by purchasing multiple items on one
order.
Our standard shipping is to the lower 48
states only. Only items shipping to the lower 48 states can qualify for special
promotions (such as FREE SHIPPING). We ship most orders by UPS Ground Service.
Our shopping cart cannot calculate correct freight charges outside the lower 48
US states. Because of this, most orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will
require additional freight charges. We will contact you by email with
actual shipping charges and order totals prior to shipping any order outside the lower 48 states.
Due to size or weight restrictions we cannot ship some items outside the lower
48 states. We will notify you by email if we are unable to process your order.
At our discretion some items might ship by USPS (US Mail). Any shipping address other than the credit card billing address must be
verifiable by us. We reserve the right to ship orders to the credit card
"Billing Address" only.
Currently we do not ship outside the US. At our
discretion, we may ship orders received from customers living outside the US to
an address of your choice within the US. There will be a processing fee of 10%
(minimum $15) added to the shopping cart order total for this service. We will
send an email notification with the new order total before we process the order.
All prices and fees are in US Dollars.
Please note that our freight table stops at 149.99 pounds. This is because 150
pounds is the maximum for UPS Ground Service for any one package. If the total
weight of your order exceeds this our software will enter $0.00 for the freight
charge. This does NOT mean the order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING. We will
contact you with the actual shipping charges prior to processing the order.
Any special Free Shipping
promotions will apply only to normally stocked items. Any item that needs to be
Special Ordered by us from a distributor or the factory will not qualify for
"Free Shipping".
Please inspect your packages upon
arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the
delivery driver or Post Office. The carrier delivering your packages is responsible for handling any
damage claims.
We reserve the right to refuse any
order at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change our "Terms & Policies" at any time without
notice.
